Founded in 1984, Licata Construction is a family-owned and operated construction company serving South Florida for over three decades. Founders, Tony and Pat Licata, have successfully grown Licata Construction from a trustworthy mom-and-pop shop to a full-service operation equipped to meet all of your construction and real estate needs.
As Licata Construction has evolved with the ever-changing trends in construction, old-fashioned values, instilled in every member of the Licata Construction family have remained solid; teamwork, integrity and honesty are central to every job performed. A true testament of accomplishments, at least 80 percent of our projects are from repeat clients. Numerous projects have also been featured on HGTV as well as the Oprah Show and Telemundo.
Our Team
Tony Licata
General Contractor
Founder and general contractor, Tony channeled his passion for building through the creation of Licata Construction in 1984. From concept to completion, he builds each project as if he were building for himself. With his hands on customer first approach, he is now considered one of the leading builders in the South Florida construction industry.
Pat Licata
Office Manager
Co- Founder/Wife/Mom Pat has been with Tony from the beginning. The mother of four has acted as the office manager of the family business, overseeing the accounting, scheduling, and all other day-today operations for Licata Construction. Pat is also a licensed real estate agent.
Vincent Licata
Project Manager
As a child, Vincent was determined to follow in his father’s footsteps. From sweeping floors to now overseeing projects, Vincent has experienced every trade and phase of the construction process. He studied architecture before earning a Bachelor’s in Finance and Real Estate at Florida State University. He is a licensed real estate associate and is working toward becoming a general contractor.
Deanna Licata
Director of Sales Development and Project Management
Deana began working with Licata Construction in the summer of 2003. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Florida International University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Deana is a licensed real estate agent, as well as the founder of Permit Solutions, a permit processing company designed to assist homeowners and contractors in obtaining permits. Deana can be found in the office and on jobsites, acting as a liaison between Licata Construction and homeowners, inspectors and subcontractors.
